All rentals are for a minimum of 5 days. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. 

An additional charge of 10% is required for BVI accommodation taxes which must be remitted to the BVI government on each rental. 

A $1,000 security deposit is also required. The charge will be processed a day prior to your stay and will be released no later than 7 days after your stay.

We collect 50% of the total charge at the time of booking and the remaining 50% balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival and check-in.

All payments must be made in US dollars and we accept wire transfers and credit cards. A 3% transaction fee will be charged for credit cards. Please contact us directly for wire transfer information. We do not accept checks. 

Reservations are not confirmed until an initial deposit and a signed rental agreement are received by the owner.  

We recommend all of our renters purchase travel insurance. We cannot accommodate refunds due to the long lead times on reservations.
